Pharmaceutical Employee Waiver

Registrants (excluding Medical Marijuana)

• Cannot employ as an agent or employee any person who has been
  • convicted, pled guilty or nolo contendere or otherwise ordered to complete a period of probation or supervision for a misdemeanor or felony relating to any controlled dangerous substances as defined by the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act in this state, any other state, or the United States, or
  • any person convicted, pled guilty or nolo contendere or otherwise ordered to complete a period of probation or supervision for any felony of this state, any other state, or the United States

The Director may waive the above requirements with respect to each person on a case-by-case basis.
