Waivers

The Director of the OBN may waive the requirements set forth in Title 475.

• Registrants may seek a waiver in writing from the Director of the OBN where the registrant seeks to employ certain agents/employees. 

• Registrants may seek a waiver in writing from the Director of the OBN to waive one or more of the security requirements for medical marijuana grows. 

If a registrant seeks a waiver for either of those, the registrant must fill out and submit the appropriate form on the left hand navigation.
