Registrants, employees, and agents shall be subject to the criminal history requirements pursuant to Title 63 Okl.St.Ann. §420A et seq. Medical Marijuana registrants cannot have and cannot employ as an agent or employee any person who has
nonviolent felony conviction(s) in the last two (2) years
any other felony conviction in 5 (years)
The Director may waive the above requirements with respect to each person on a case-by-case basis.
