Purpose
Our purpose is to advance officer safety practices and encourage collaboration between law enforcement agencies in order to further prevent blue on blue conflicts.
Goal
Our goal is to foster joint cooperation with other law enforcement agencies across the United States.
Texoma Initiative
We are part of the Texoma HIDTA Initiative, and located at the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) Headquarters in Oklahoma City.
Free for all LE Agencies
Deconfliction is available 24/7, and free for all law enforcement agencies. We will never charge you a fee or ask you for a donation.
Case Explorer
The system we use for Deconfliction is called Case Explorer. It is the most widely used of the three existing deconfliction systems.
